How long does delivery take?
- We deliver across the UAE within 2–5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship outside the UAE?

🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.
How do I get a refund?
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for pets?
- Yes! Every product we carry is carefully selected with pet safety as our top priority. We only stock products we'd trust for our own Husky and British Shorthair.
Do you restock sold-out products?
